Blogger outreach services

How our blogger outreach services work.

Our blogger outreach services follow six simple steps, from your brief to a live, clearly labelled sponsored post on a relevant UK blog. You see every price and link policy before you commit.

The process

Six steps, no surprises.

  1. The briefYou tell us your niche, target customers, budget and timing. A rough idea is fine; we’ll ask follow-up questions.
  2. The researchWe look for real UK blogs (mainly family, parenting and travel) that cover your subject regularly and whose readers match your customers. We contact each blogger to check availability.
  3. The quoteYou get a short list of 3–5 blogs. For each one: why it fits, the price, who writes the post and the blog’s link policy.
  4. The postThe blogger writes the post or you supply copy, depending on the blog. The blogger approves it against their own guidelines.
  5. Goes liveOnce you and the blogger are happy, the post is published, labelled “Advertisement feature”.
  6. The live checkWe check the label, links and content against what was agreed, then send you the live URL.

Availability, approval and timing depend on each blog. Publication is never guaranteed.

Your quote

Know exactly what you’re agreeing to.

Before you approve any placement, you’ll have the details that matter in one place.

If something is unconfirmed, we say so.

  • Blog & fitTopic relevance, audience and the proposed post format.
  • Cost & scopeThe quoted price, what it includes, payment terms, and who writes the content.
  • Editorial requirementsGuidelines, revisions and the blog’s approval process.
  • Timing & termsAvailability, turnaround, labelling, link treatment, duration, and cancellation or removal terms.

What a blogger outreach campaign includes

A blogger outreach campaign is a small set of sponsored posts on blogs chosen for your niche. It’s different from buying from a fixed list of sites: we start with your customers and go looking, so each blog is chosen for a reason.

  • Research against your brief, not a ready-made inventory
  • One point of contact: we handle every message with each blogger
  • Writing by the blogger, or supplied by you, depending on the blog
  • “Advertisement feature” on every post, as a condition of booking
  • A live check of label, links and content, with the final URL

How outreach link building is handled

Outreach link building through sponsored posts has rules. Each blog sets its own link policy. Google asks for paid links to be marked sponsored or nofollow, and we show each blog’s policy before you book. We don’t promise rankings. Read our FAQ on nofollow links.

Our standards

Clear terms. Clear boundaries.

Editorial independence

Publishers keep editorial control. A commercial arrangement never bypasses their content requirements or approval.

Transparent paid placements

Every placement we book is labelled “Advertisement feature” as a condition of booking. Each blog sets its own link policy. Google asks for paid links to be marked sponsored or nofollow, and we show each blog’s policy before you book. We don’t promise rankings.

Realistic results

Publication is subject to publisher approval. We never promise rankings, traffic, sales, permanence or fixed turnaround.

Questions

Common questions.

How long does a blogger outreach campaign take?

It depends on each blog. Some can publish within a couple of weeks; others have longer lead times. Each quote shows the expected timing, and publication is never guaranteed.

Can I choose which blogs to go ahead with?

Yes. You see each blog with its price and link policy and choose which ones to book. You only pay for the ones you approve.

Tell us your niche and budget.

You’ll get a quote for each blog before you commit. No obligation.
