A considered route to publication

The right
publication
starts with
the brief.

We research relevant publications and arrange sponsored editorial placements for brands and agencies. Each search begins with what you need to say, and who needs to read it.

In plain terms: we find relevant publishers, confirm their current rates and requirements, and coordinate a clearly labelled sponsored article from brief to live check.

Sourced for your brief.
Not selected from
a fixed list.

A long list of websites is not the same as a considered shortlist.

RAVOA is a new business, starting with UK publications. We look at the subject, readership and editorial context, then contact suitable publications to understand what is available and on what terms.

You receive a shortlist explaining why each publication fits, with current rates and editorial requirements. We handle publisher enquiries and follow-up; you decide which options to pursue.

Before you agree.

Finding a publication is only part of the work. We check current availability, gather the important terms and coordinate the steps towards publication.

Received an enquiry from RAVOA?

We may be researching your publication for a brand or agency brief, or checking whether you accept sponsored editorial. An enquiry is a request for information, not a confirmed booking.

If you’re interested, reply to our email with your media pack or rate card. We’ll check your requirements and discuss whether a brief is suitable. Sharing your details does not commit you to a placement.

You can decline any enquiry or proposed article. Your editorial guidelines and approval apply throughout.

What information is useful?

Your publication URL, media pack or rate card, accepted topics and formats, writing requirements, expected turnaround, labelling and link policy. Please include any restrictions or conditions we should know about.

A clear route.
At every stage.

  1. 01

    The brief

Tell us your subject, audience, budget and preferred timing.

  2. 02

    The research

We research publications that fit the brief and ask publishers about current availability.

  3. 03

    The terms

Review current rates, requirements and conditions before proceeding.

  4. 04

    The editorial

Content is prepared or supplied as agreed, then reviewed by the publisher.

  5. 05

    The publication

Once content and terms are approved, publication is arranged with the publisher.

  6. 06

    The live check

We check the live article, labelling and links against the agreed terms, then provide the URL.

Availability, approval and timing depend on the publisher. Publication is never guaranteed.

05 / Our standards

Clear terms.
Clear boundaries.

Editorial independence

Publishers retain editorial control. A commercial arrangement does not bypass their content requirements or approval process.

Transparent paid placements

Paid content must be clearly labelled upfront. Our preferred label for an advertorial placement is “Advertisement Feature”; “Ad” or another clear label is acceptable where it suits the publication and the applicable requirements. “Sponsored” alone is not our default. Paid links use sponsored or nofollow attributes in line with relevant search-engine guidance.

Publication and results

Publication remains subject to publisher approval and availability. We do not promise search rankings, traffic or sales, or guarantee permanence or fixed turnaround.
